E-pass vs. Palm Litigation Update

The appeal was argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, in Washington, on May 6th.  The decision is pending.   

A favorable decision in the Federal Circuit will also impact the E-pass v. Microsoft and Compaq patent infringement litigation in Texas. That case had been stayed pending determination of the E-pass v. Palm appeal, and the order staying the Microsoft case states that the stay is in effect until the Palm appeal has been decided.
